Mon River Ramblers Whiskey Social 2/21/10

Despite the shock of playing in a smokey bar (it's been a few years!), we had a GREAT time as the guests of the Mon River Ramblers last Sunday at Howler's in Pittsburgh.  Jo supplied some great food and deliciously potent whiskey drinks.  A definite "10" on the hospitality meter.

The Mon River Ramblers played a 40-minute set of high-energy, virtuosic bluegrass consisting of a mixture of originals and classics.  My favorite was the "Economic Breakdown".  Please check these guys out http://monriverramblers.com/.
